- We have extensive knowledge of Victorian Home restoration projects and
neighborhood revitalization as well as total rehabs,
remodels, installation and construction. We do all
jobs - large or small - from Handyman Services to full remodels.
Current clients include Heartland Property Management,
REP Associates, independent landlords and several dozen area
homeowners.

Inspection
Compliance - If you're selling your home or
are a realtor with a listing that needs to get its "house"
in order, we're the company you need! We get your
compliance issues corrected and provide a report itemizing
each repair, the method of correction and photos. Some
of our customers include Re/Max Ability Plus, Century 21 and
numerous FSBO sellers.

Food Service -
We offer preventative maintenance, repair and installation
services, working carefully to ensure compliance with all
applicable health codes, using "food friendly" products -
ensuring your patrons never knew we were there. Current
clients include such
restaurants as Champps Americana and Ted's Montana Grill.

- Whether you need exterior commercial repair or painting -
or interior work, including heavy mechanical, we have the
manpower to get your job done and done right. We know that

Boot covers are worn
to protect your floor from dirt and debris. If a job requires
we walk through an area repeatedly, we put down cloth canvas to
protect your flooring. We fully clean up our mess after the
job is complete and remove all debris left over after removal,
installation or construction.
